A company is only as good as its employees. Happy employees can translate into increased business. Since 1990, Crown has worked onClassic Connections, CCBCC’s employee newsletter. It contains information from the employees to the employees … meaning it’s designed to educate, entertain and energize them. “Refreshments” to the newsletter have been made through the years, but 2008 brought The Frontline – a new, more colorful spin on the newsletter that supports the company’s “Make, Sell, Deliver” mission. The Frontline reaches approximately 6,300 people each quarter.
