Why:
One of Charlotte’s favorite traditions returns to Founders Hall Nov. 25 – Leonard Bearstein Symphony Orchestra. The beloved Bears begin their concerts earlier this year, giving families an opportunity to visit during Thanksgiving weekend. And, performance times have been extended to 8 p.m. daily.

The 45-minute program features holiday favorites including: “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” “Sleigh Ride,” “Frosty the Snowman,” “Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer,” “Santa Claus is Coming to Town,” “Here Comes Santa Claus,” “The Chipmunk Song (Christmas Don’t Be Late),” “Jingle Bell Rock,” “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree,” “Jingle Bells,” “Feliz Navidad” and “We Wish You A Merry Christmas.”

Leonard Bearstein and his animatronic orchestra perform daily Nov. 25 – Dec. 27. The free performances are hourly from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., although times are subject to change.
